Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Qadry ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Qadry is a focus and productivity application for iOS devices that helps users block distracting apps during designated focus periods. The App is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified from time to time.

Subscription Model

Qadry operates on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed in the App Store
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Apple's payment terms and refund policies

You can manage your subscription and cancel it at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID
• Using the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempting to circumvent or disable the App's functionality
• Not using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users' access

Intellectual Property

Qadry and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qadry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
