Account and Data
If you have an account with Qadry and wish to request account deletion or access your data, please contact us at support@qadry.app with your request. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed entirely through the Apple App Store. To manage your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find Qadry and manage your subscription
Refunds: Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests, as we cannot process refunds directly.
Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Will I lose access immediately if I cancel?
No. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds must be requested through Apple. You can request a refund through the App Store or by contacting Apple Support directly.
