For help with Qadry, contact support by email. There is no support form on this website because the site does not have a backend.

Include the app name, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords or payment card numbers.
App Blocking
App blocking requires Apple Screen Time and Family Controls permission. In Qadry, grant Screen Time access when prompted and choose the apps or categories you want to block during focus sessions.
- If blocking does not start, confirm that permission is still enabled and that at least one app or category is selected.
- If blocking does not stop after a session, open Qadry and end the active session if one is still running.
- iOS Screen Time behavior can change after system updates, permission changes, or device restarts.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled through Apple's App Store. Qadry cannot directly cancel subscriptions or issue App Store refunds.
- To cancel or manage a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID name, then tap Subscriptions.
- For refunds, use Apple's App Store refund process or contact Apple Support.
- If a purchase is not recognized in Qadry, use Restore Purchases in the app where available.
Notifications
Qadry may use local notifications for scheduled sessions, trial reminders, and session completion. If notifications are not appearing, check Qadry's notification permission in iOS Settings.
Privacy and Data
Qadry does not currently require account creation. Deleting the app removes local Qadry app data from your device, subject to normal iOS behavior and Apple-managed purchase history.
